    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;vce&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the forum&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are all fellow customers on here like yourself&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds like&amp;nbsp; a wifi issue that you are&amp;nbsp; having&amp;nbsp; you can check this by opening Netflix going to help opening that and running check my network this will tell what speed your puck is getting, things to bear in mind are the more devices that you have connected to the Internet the weaker the signal is to each one. If you&amp;nbsp; live on an old house with solid brick&amp;nbsp; interior walls&amp;nbsp; this can effect&amp;nbsp; your&amp;nbsp; wifi signal to,have you tried connecting the puck with an ethernet cable it is more stable than WiFi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky stream continually crashes and screen shows following error message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a technical fault. Please try again later.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This fault is in addition to picture and sound continually freezing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have powered router, puck up and down to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unable to get any response from Sky's help desk on Facebook&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
