Both my Sky Pucks started to experience intermittent signal issues on Wednesday. It's getting worse now. From the settings it seems they can connect to my WiFi router but they think there is no internet signal. I know that's not the case as I can use for other devices. Has Sky issued any recent updates to puck software ?

It happens in the background and you cannot force an update.

Have you tried rebooting your pucks? Also check the broadband speed actually being received by them by running a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app on each puck. This is the only way to find out what speed the device is actually working with.

I can't even get onto each puck now despite a hard reset. A new puck arrives today with exactly the same issue. It seems like they've scheduled another delivery later today for either a new router or extender. I'll update if this fixes it
