Hi I asked for 2 sky stream pucks but I haven't received my 2nd one can you tell me when I will be receiving it please

No one here can tell you anything about your orders as we are customers, what does your order confirmation email tell you how many pucks you ordered? What does your ordert tracking say?

Do you see it listed at https://www.sky.com/myorders ?

If you don't see it listed, do you have Whole Home added to your subscription, as you can't have multiple Sky Stream pucks without paying for Whole Home?

If you have Whole Home added you can order more pucks https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/home-setup
