I've turned it off for an hour, reset the inputs in my tv but it still won't work. It connected and worked fine to my BT router yesterday and then upgraded to a Sky router and it won't work! You set you have reset inputs? Also can you define "not working" where exactly are you getting stuck? Connecting it? Getting up address? Connected but no picture?
