Disneyplus activation error

I have taken a package including disneyplus. When I went to activate this, I look to have set up a Disneyplus account but I already have one. The existing account has a different email address, and my daughter has added her bank details as worried she'll lose all her stuff on the account (lives at home still). I can't delete the new disneyplus account as it directs me to manage this via mysky. Any advise on how I can get this deleted and add the disneyplus we already use.

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.

I have received support regarding this, and assured that it is sorted. I am really not convinced, but won't know until 28th August when my next bill is generated.
