Other TV Apps Missing

I've just received a replacement stream Puck and remote and unlike my previous puck, there are no other TV company apps to choose from. You can select and watch particular programmes but not an app. This is so annoying and frustrating. I've had so much trouble with Sky

All of the apps on Sky Stream are hosted on a server, not on the puck itself. It can sometimes take a little while for your account to fully populate with apps, depending on how congested or busy the server is. Try refreshing the apps from the settings menu on the puck and also give it a restart to see if that gives it a kick.
