When I go on the amazon music app I see the amazon music logo then just a blank screen. I've tried resetting and update but still not working.

Hi @gill1107 You don't mention if you have been able to access Amazon Music in the past or if you are already registered to Amazon Prime. Amazon Music is part of the Amazon Prime membership which costs £8.99 per month.

Once you are a Prime member you need to register for Prime music (and Prime Video if you wish) on the Amazon site. It won't cost anything extra as it is a perk of Amazon Prime membership. Once done you should then be able to log into Prime music on either Glass or Stream (or any other device).

I had exactly the same problem a few years ago trying to access Amazon Music but luckily I was already a Prime member. Unfortunately it is a few years since I went through the process so it is possible the procedures have changed. .If in doubt Google may help.

I subscribe to Amazon Music and have always been able to access the app on my TV through an app.

I also subscribe to Amazon music unlimited and the app doesn't work on any of my 3 Sky stream / glass devices I have to use my Apple TV box which works perfectly.

Hi @Ralph650 and @gill1107 . I have just tried my own Amazon Music App and like both of you I found it didn't work despite it working perfectly in the past.

I also found it worked fine on my Apple TV and other devices. Whether or not this is a SKy or Amazon issue I don't know but I have reported it on the closed superusers forum so that Sky are aware.
