You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is made up predominantly of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.

In what way is it not working? With more information someone who has Stream may be able to help you.

This is often a case, the Sky Stream puck has got stuck in a standby state.

Have a read of this Sky help article, namely performing the recovery procedure on step 4;
