topic Sky Puck in Sky Stream

Hello I recently switched back to sky and went live 2 days ago with a sky streaming puck. Today i went to play a programme on neflix and got the following error

tvq-pb-101 (E100) which relates to device memory issues. I also had issues with bbc iplayer and disney plus playing sound but no visuals, and live streaming just not working. Ive switched of at the wall router, puck and tv, ive tried on hotspot, reseting apps, downloading updates. The only action ive yet to try is hard reset on the device. I spoke with skys VA and that provided no resolution. Does anyone have any advice or experience of similar issues?

Hi @Cricketfan123

What speed is your puck getting? Check in netflix (profile pick > get help? > Connectivity check). Have you tried ethernet and turning off WiFi? These issues normally point to connectivity instability.

MikeAlanR

Good Morning thanks for your response my issue is now resolved after speaking with Sky.

we carried out an app refresh, reset from power source, changed hdmi cables and reset the router and this got it back working.
thanks again for responding
