Sky puck not turning on

Hi, I have a sky puck with a white light on but no picture or obvious connection th my tv.

I have followed the re set instructions, allowing longer than 15 minutes to see if it will work and nothing is displayed on my screen

Sounds like you have already tried the recovery procedure that we normally suggest for power on or stuck in standby issues, so have escalated to Sky for you.

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.
