Any idea when the rollback will be applied to every puck? Still having stuttering problems and checking for rollback daily. Watching most TV at moment via a Firestick not what i pay Sky for.

The answer was a rollback to a previous QS version

@Leed17 I've asked in the closed board and the pucks were rolled back from this release, for some reason yours hasn't.

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

looks like just have to wait for the roll back to be applied to my puck!

Hi there, thanks for joining us in chat. We are rolling back the software in stages to resolve this but, you can try a factory reset following the steps here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-glass-sky-logo which may get the software to roll back earlier. It may not stick and if that happens, you would need to wait for your box to be rolled back automatically as part of the fix being rolled out. Thanks, Becca.

Screen Freeze - after the roll back update has been done.

After all the issues with freezing, the roll back update hasn't changed a thing.

Still happens on a regular basis.

Not good enough. Expect far better than this.

Have you rebooted the puck since the roll back?

Have you checked the broadband connection? Run a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app. This is the only way to discover the speed actually being received by the puck.

I'm still on the QSE038.010.00P firmware with stuttering and dropped frames.

I was following the other thread that informed of the firmware roll-back but that's locked now so I can't comment. It seems I can't invoke a roll-back myself? I can't believe there was a potential solution weeks ago yet some of us are still waiting! As a new user to the streaming box this has been frustrating.

It's a nightmare nothing has changed for me with the roll back or even the new update
