I am aware there is an issue with some bug ridden update being rolled back, and just hope this is the cause (and evntual fix for my issues). Details below, I have a solid wired ethernet connection to the puck, and information says sky os 1.3

The puck will either lock up with frozen sceen, or justy go to a black screen.

I normally use it for cricket or rugby L off sky channels.

Some times you can power it off the with remote, sometimes it needs the power cable pulling out.

Sometimes it does the same as having the power cable pulled out itself (with the SKy logo and a few minutes wait).

I have also had it resume play with no volume.

Can anyone confirm its the know issue that needs a roll back, if not my Sky stream is seriously ******up !

Thanks it more serious than that, tried a factory reset that failed then Sky got me to do the thing where you unplug it, then plug it back in with the power button held. Its now in a loop of reboot etc gets to the remote control section, then reboots again.

Sky are (I think/hope), sending a new puck as the current one is well and truley pucked !
