Issues with sky.com

This is all I get when I enter the sky shop on my puck, I've rebooted, redirect, plugged unplugged, reset, refreshed and thrown it out the window yet it's still pi33. Can anyone help please??? This is what I get on the screen.... Mysky_1018 We'll be back soon something went wrong but we're working on this please try again later I've had this message now for three months!!!....What they on a world cruise!!

Given there have been no similar posts, the suspicion would be that's a fault with your particular account or hardware setup.
