Just got sky puck, BBC 1 and 2, and ITV channels are laggy and glitchy, all other channels are fine, apps are fine, just those three channels. Any idea how to fix this?

I've seen a couple of posts but no fixes. Thanks

What software version is your puck running? A recent update (QS40 I think it was) basically caused stuttering on some live channel streams so Sky are in the process of rolling it back to an earlier release. You cannot force an update - they are released in batches and will happen automatically. Or should do at least.

I have been having this as well. Looked on the puck and can't see anything like the version number you mention. L have sky os 1.3

Yeah same here. 1.3. Guess we just have to wait. I can just use the built in Freeview on the tv until it's fix I guess

1.3 is all I can find
