If it was an issue sky's end it there would likely be a flood of posts on the community.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Also you mentioned ethernet but also Wifi. If you have the puck connected via ethernet have you also disabled the wifi in the puck's settings and then rebooted the puck? if not then despite is being connnected via ethernet it is likely defaulting over to Wifi, particularly if you have previously set that up on the puck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;WiFi toggled off and using Ethernet cable been through the same nonsense diagnostic things with sky many times. Speed on Netflix is 89mbps more than enough. Must be a problem with these real time channels&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
