Disney + error code 73

Every time I start up the Disney + app I get error 73 saying it's not available in my location 🤷‍♂️ was working fine before.

ive tried refreshing the apps but made no difference..

Firstly, make use you are not using any kind of mesh vpn type settings or other type of VPN software.

If not, this often is a cause that Disney do not see your ISP WAN ip address as a UK IP region address.

You will have to contact Disney online via their chat service, to let them know your ip address, so they can unblock it.

Started to have this issue as of last night (30/07/2026).

I have shut down router and sky Q main box, waited 5 minutes, rebooted router waited for it to set up, booted up skyQ main box still same issue.

I then did a 001 select on settings and clicked Refresj Apps. That also did not work.

We did not take up skys Free Disney+ as we already pay a subscription, but we dont even get teh usual option to choose conect with sky or Later option (later keeping the current none sky log in).

Any idea's or will we need to contact sky via phone? Which is really annoying.

I'm also getting the same issue, tried refreshing apps and restarted box, still the same.

Anybody found a fix?
