Streaming box keeps freezing

I am trying to watch the British open golf and I am at my wits end with sky stream

the picture keeps freezing and goes blank I have reset my router and the streaming box at least 3 times but nothing seems to make a difference

I have had sky for many years through a dish and never ever had issues like this

you are charging me for service that is an absolute joke

trying to get a hold of anyone is the same

You are not talking to sky this is a customer helpa customer community. You cannot compare delivery via satellite with delivery via broadband as they are wildly different.

In order for the community to assist please provide more details: who is your ISP? What is your broadband speed? What speed do you get on your puck? (Check in netflix > profile pic > get help > connectivity check)
