Are you able to provide more detail please ? when you say its going off do you eman youre losing interent or that its phyiscally turning off. If the interent keeps on getting disconnceted to your puck then can I ask what is the general WIFI signal liek in your conservatory ? and how far are you from your wireless router.

Sounds like your puck in the conservatory is not getting the best wifi signal from your broadband router/hub.

A Sky Stream puck does need a good and reliable local network plus the avoidance of any local interference for it run smoothly.

Best way first is to run a speedtest is via the Netflix app on your puck.
Launch Netflix on your puck (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a several times, over say a half hour period during tests.
What is your speed for the puck?

Also, as mentioned above it may be suffering from interference, more often seen as an intermittent blip.
Not always a cure, but the following may help to resolve;
Make sure you have a good 6-8 inches free on all sides of the puck.
Do not stack the puck on top of any other device.
Make sure the puck is in the open, not tucked away in a cabinet or sat directly behind the TV.
Make sure you have no other devices that can cause interference closeby, like cordless phones, radiators, baby monitors, smart meter in home displays, microwaves and the like.

If your puck is not getting a good or reliable wifi signal from your router, you might want to consider an ethernet connection or a pair of ethernet powerline adapters.

Note: If you do use Ethernet, make sure you turn off wifi in the Puck settings.
