How to remove devices from sky account

Evening All

I'm trying to sort out what devices are connected to my account as we seem to have hit a limit and I'm sure there are devices I no longer have.
I have logged into my sky account and clicked the link however I get met with an error message.

Any suggestions please

Hi @Jedifon I think this is what you are looking for.

Log into your MySky account at www.sky.com and then select the head & shoulder icon (top right). From the next menu chose Product settings and then Streaming TV/Manage. You will then see a list of all devices. You also have the option to remove what you no longer need through the manage device option on each of the devices.

I'd guessed I was looking in the right place but sadly I get this every time and I've trying for weeks now. 😞

Hi again @Jedifon I also have issues with MySky but in my case it is when I go to "Your products" and I get a message that they can't complete my order. Despite my (and Skys) best efforts we have not been able to resolve it. It has been ongoing for about 2 years.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your original post to the Sky Community Messaging Team who will send you an invitation for a private online chat.

Keep a look out for a private community message from Sky (see envelope top right of your screen). You will also see a colourful speech chat bubble appear on the bottom left of your screen when you are logged onto this forum (you may need to refresh from time to time)

When the chat bubble appears you have 48 hours to respond or the chat will be automatically closed.
