    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4729729"&gt;@MM2311&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Check that Networked Standby Mode is turned on in settings. &amp;nbsp;This stops your puck losing the network connection when it goes into standby.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To check go to Settings&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt; Start up &amp;amp; Standby &amp;gt; Networked Standby Mode.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When the puck is first turned on it says there is no WiFi connection If it is rebooted by turning it off and on at the mains then it works but of course it takes some time to reset Very annoying&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
