Have you tried rebooting the puck? Have you checked the broadband speed being received by the puck by running a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app? Have you refreshed the apps from the settings menu?

Which particular apps are you having issues with?

Any error messages at all on using the apps?

Is yiur live Tv and On demand all working ok on your puck?

Might be worth if you have not tried already, doing a settings restart, a broadband router/hub restart and an apps refresh;

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates

Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

Apps refresh;

Press Home on your Sky remote, then highlight Settings.
Press System management, then Resets and updates, and finally Refresh apps.
You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'. Note: An apps refresh can take up to 24 hours to fully complete.
Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.

All4 doesn't work and neither does Amazon Prime. I've tried refreshing my apps and tried rebooting and this hasn't worked.

when I go on the sky app it says there's an issue with the puck, but the online help just takes me round in circles.

There has been recent issues with the Amazon app, Sky are aware, more on the ongoing thread in the community here;

Amazon Prime is not an app or service I have ever used, so cannot say if it's working.

As for the C4 app, not aware of any recent issues. I use this most days and have not had an issue with it. Just tried now and it's working fine.

Would suggest, trying if you have not done already a settings restart, a broadband router/hub restart and an apps refresh as an mentioned above.
