Disney+ Stopped Working on Sky Stream

Disney+ was working fine (with ads version, included with Sky Ultimate TV). It stopped working last week.

Launching the app takes me to the My Disney "login or create account" page, with the 8 digit activation code. Once on the MyDisney site, it's asking me to subscribe to a paid for service.

I found a link on this forum to "activate" Disney+, but that just confirms that "You've already linked your Sky and Disney+ accounts".

Anybody got any suggestions, or has anybody got a fix for this?
