Audio Dropouts

Only started recently. Have two pucks in the house with super fast broadband. One of them is working fine, the other is dropping audio at random. Occasional picture stutters bit not as often as audio. Changed tvs, cables. Switched from WiFi to Ethernet, did all the reboots and restores possible, disabled home cinema, rebooted the network (have a mesh network which is flawless), disabled the option to control via remote, changed the pictures settings - tried everything and still can't resolve it. I feel like issue only started just before World Cup. Box is receiving 64mb over WiFi. Same issue on both LG and Samsung TV. Firmware up to date. Native apps on tvs work perfectly. What are my next steps?
