Technical fault with this programme. Sky stream

I have a sky puck. This afternoon I started getting error message Technical fault with this programme. Please try again later. This is happening on all channels. I have restarted the puck and hub (several times) the puck is connected to the WiFi. Apps are working without issue! Any advice?

Is there a problem with the sky puc stream ITVX in central Scotland I can watch ITVX on sky glass. And smart tv but can't get ITVX or prime video
