We have seen similar in the past for a few customers.

See, as you are using ethernet, you seem to mention turning off wifi.

Can you do an option switch on/off for the wifi setting and immediately do a settings restart (not a physical power reset), this should ensure the setting is set correctly going forwards.

Plus, are you using an unmanaged ethernet switch or directly connecting your ethernet to your router?

Try having the unmanaged switch plugged into its own plug socket connection, not on any kind of extension or surge extension.

Some unmanaged switches do at times in this scenario blip their signal and that has been known to drop the signal on their port device and cause connection resets with some devices like Sky Stream/Glass.

Hi there,

Having issues with my pucks not being connected to the network when I start them from standby. Faced with the no network screen constantly on several of my pucks. I'm sometimes even having to unplug the ethernet connection from the puck, and put it back in before it picks up the conncetion.

After this happens, I also notice that the WiFi gets turned back on, despite me manually turning it to off every time this happens.

The pucks are connected via ethenet and they have Networked Standby Mode set to on.

Are there any power settings I can toggle that are preventing Networked Standby Mode from working correctly?

Cheers!

Hi @Learjet23 To stop your puck loosing connection when in standby go to settings > start up & standby > Networked Standby mode. Make sure this is turned ON.

I had the same problem with Sky Glass when I first moved to the streaming platform a few years ago and this resolved it immediately.

Hi there,

Apolagies for not replying to the help here. I actually managed to fix this myself.

The issue was lying with my tp-link deco mesh boxes. My setup has the Sky router feeding into one of the mesh boxes, which then links to the others. I had this setup in Router mode on the Deco app. I changed this to Access Point mode instead, and have had no issues since. Not sure if both the Sky router and the Deco box were trying to act as a router, causing double NAT. But everything is good now.

Thanks for the help.
