Hi,

I have been a Sky customer for a few weeks. I have Netflix included in my package but it's asking me to sign in but it shows old email address that l was with before Sky.

I tried signing in with my current email and it says it's not part of the package but l have been watching Netflix the last few weeks and it is included in package.

Any help would be appreciated

Hi thank you for your response to my message. I did message them early morning but they asked two questions that l replied to but then cut off as 9pm. Not been able to get any response since...Can u help? Thanks
