My puck in the lounge was exactly the same. It was wired to the router (1gb internet). I unplugged the cable and connected via WiFi and it's been fine since. Plug the ethernet cable in and the sound constantly drops.

Hi

I recently got a sky puck for the bedroom. Unfortunately the volume keeps going off on it! I tried the help section on the app but it just tells me its a problem with my telly. I have checked the telly and when the sky volume goes off i switch it to my freeview and volume is absolutley fine so its definately not the tv.

Ive unplugged it and set it up again to no avail.

Any one had anything similar or any tips before i need to ring sky?

Thank you in advance.

Thank you, it is already on WiFi so I ended up ringing sky yesterday. Went through the trouble shooting with the bloke I spoke too and the sound went off whilst I was on the phone so they're sending a new puck and hopefully that solves it 🙏🏻
