    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2526005"&gt;@confusedxxx&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I am not sure why this is happening but have you tried an App refresh? &amp;nbsp;If not go to Settings, System management, Reset &amp;amp; restart and select App refresh. &amp;nbsp;This takes a few minutes but will automatically take you back to the Home Screen when done. &amp;nbsp;Just to be on the safe side, go straight back in and this tine select Restart. &amp;nbsp;Again this will eventually take you back to the Home Screen. &amp;nbsp;I hope that works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Sky Puck - Prime Video App problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Amazon prime video won't play content on sky pucks. &amp;nbsp;It opens the app and trailer and advert play then it just displays message "Something went wrong. Please try again later"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive spoken to sky and also amazon and they don't know what the problem is. They just say try again after few days. &amp;nbsp;This started &amp;nbsp;couple of months ago&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anyone else having issues ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is a thread here somewhere discussing in detail Prime. Tjere is a known issue Sky and Amazonnare supposedly working on it but as you say it has been months and not resolved. It doesn't affect everyone but some user have had issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We aait and wait in the meantime the only solution is use an alternative dource to stream Prime.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
