To save energy, your device is going into standby mode.

The message "To save energy, your device is going into standby mode. Want to keep it on? Just pick up your remote." Appeared after 10 minutes of turning my Sky on and a further 2 times whilst watching the England game so not the 3 hours of inactivity which it should. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Were you watching the England game on the UHD stream via BBC iplayer? I've seen a few others complain about this but it only seems to be affecting the UHD stream provided via iplayer.

Yes, it was on BBC iPlayer UHD stream.

For the next game, use the iPlayer app on your smart TV or a different streaming device. I've had no issues with UHD iPlayer streams on either of my smart TVs or Firestick 4K Max devices throughout the World Cup and Wimbledon so far.

I am also getting this on my glass gen 2 whenever I watch a World Cup match on iPlayer UHD . Hazard a guess it's every 45 minutes and very annoying

I am not receiving this on standard tv guide channels

Im seeing this, when watching iPlayer UHD via my puck I get the message after around 20mins.

I've had this, too. I was watching Wimbledon this morning (11am) on iPlayer, and after about 15 minutes, the puck turned itself off. I switched it back on and started watching on iPlayer again, and it's stayed on ever since (it's now 6.45pm). It just doesn't make sense.
