Sky Puck - Continually crashing - Sky no replt

Hi, I've been having issues with my sky stream/ puck from day 1. I did everything they suggested and it's still awful. I've complained and complained and stop using it for months now. Tried contacting Sky customer service with no response or alnowledgement. I want to remove the sky tv element as it's useless and go back to using my Apple TV. Can they contact me regarding this? They don't seem to respond or care

Sorry to see that you've been experiencing issues with your Sky Stream puck since you took it out and to see that you're thinking of cancelling as a result.
