The best way to do this is to temporarily connect the stream puck via an ethernet cable instead of using Wifi ( and disable Wifi in the puck's settings). If you experience no issues when on ethernet then that would indicate that the Wifi signal is the cause of your problem, if you still experience issues via ethernet that would imply its something else, whether its an issue with the puck or the router.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
