      <description>If puc goes into standby then it wont switch on again. I turn off at wall. Leave for a minute then switch on. Sometimes it works but most times it doesn't. It takes around 5 attempts to get it to work. It's not the sky broadband because everything else that's connects to broadband works. I have reset it but still have problem. I try pressing the on button but that does nothing.</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sounds like Sky may need to run some tests &amp;nbsp;with you and maybe a replacement&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
