Even though you mention you have the 'fastest' Sky broadband, it could be your puck is not be getting a reliable signal from your router over wifi.

That could be positioning or some local interference.

Can you do a network speed test on your Puck.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test several times, over a half hour period.

What is your speed?

To make sure the puck is not suffering from any interference, more often seen as an intermittent blip;

Make sure you have a good 6-8 inches free on all sides of the puck.
DO not stack the puck on top of any other device.
If you are able, place the puck in the open, not tucked away in a cabinet or sat directly behind the TV.
Make sure you have no other devices that can cause interference closeby, like cordless phones, radiators, baby monitors, smart meter in home displays, microwaves and the like.

Plus, change your puck to following recommended setting;
Set Network standby mode to ON

I've had sky stream for a couple of days. Paid for the fastest broadband Sky currently has. It is forever getting stuck and the apps don't load. Apparently it is all connected and WiFi is strong. What's wrong with it? I keep resetting it and I don't want to have to do that three or four times a day.

Leave them for 10 minutes and then let the hub boot back up fully before plugging the Stream puck back in. Are the 2 close enough to attach an ethernet cable?
