      <title>Disney Channel not working or Amazon Prime</title>

      <description>I am not able to watch Amazon Prime because I get the ads then it refused to start new series or new films. Disney Channel I start watching the program and then ads come up and it refuses to allow me to watch the rest of the program. I restarted the box and refresh the apps and this just continues as I cannot watch anything. Please can you sort this problem out or refund me for the month as this it's ridiculous I cannot watch anything. Thank you</description>

Which will be from tomorrow.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Be reassured the email &amp;amp; message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble.
