I have payed final payment for sky but I need to cancel my sky stream account because I am having financial issues and I can't keep it going

You'll need to give Sky a ring to sort all that out.

Worth pointing out if you are still inside your minimum term contract Sky are under no obligation to allow an early exit ( and if they so would almost certainly make you pay out the remainder of the contract as a termination fee).
