2nd pick not working despite following all hints/ tips

Hi yesterdays open chat seems to have frozen as I've not had a reply since 11.23 this morning following being unable to fix the issue last night with Nicole.

even with an Ethernet cable attached I cannot play any on demand programmes without the screen going blank it than comes up with a technical error and I'm unable to watch anything at all even through the guide
