Sky one sky witness sky news sky comedy channel 5 saying technical fault all other channels like sky sports itv channel 4 etc all fine restarted puck loads of time but keeps say technical fault on sky one etc

If you haven't already - Try pulling the plug out for a few minutes then rebooting

Yes, does look like Sky News and a few other Sky channels as above are having issues this morning.

Multiple technical issues with the channel on one of my pucks.

Settings restart does not resolve.

I've reported to Sky in our closed community area.

Technical fault on channels

A lot of channels will not play. It just shows a message there is a technical problem with this channel. Please try again later. Been like this for a while this morning. I can only get BBC and itv channels, nothing else

Suddenly lost all streaming channels sky news etc . Only got bbc and itv

Only been a sky customer for 2 weeks and suddenly only have bbc to itv . Other channels won't load is this a common sky issue ? Tried restarting everything.

Yes exactly the same is happening to me. I've restarted wifi router and sky stream and still keeps happening. No sky channels these are all showing technical fault. All other channels streaming fine.

It must be isolated to SkyOS as all Sky channels are streaming perfectly well via NOW TV right now.

@Caz128ban no this isnt a common fault. Couple of questions are other devices connecting to the internet? Are you streaming the BBC etc via. Sky Stream puck or Glass TV or through some other device if so which?

I'm also experiencing the same issues and looks like majority of sky channels are down however yet again a lack of communication and support from Sky and just want us to pay however when something goes wrong on their side we get no information and hear nothing from them

I have similar issues but confusing as all channels working ok in my bedroom but puck in main living room does not have sky one sky news or sky movies

I have been trying all morning to connect to sky News on channel 501. It says there is a technical fault with this channel. All other channels seem to be working okay? Has anybody else have a problem with sky News on their sky glass?

Every time I try to watch a channel it comes up with a blue screen and says that there's a technical issue please try again later this happens on multiple channels
