If it does you know the puck is faulty, if it doesn't and a previously working puck doesn't work in the same location then it will likely be down to poor network conenctivity to that part of your property.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have 3 pucks. 1 puck is giving problems. Started about 2 weeks ago. Picture freezing and pixelated. Also sound dropping out.
