I’m temporarily displaced from my home due to major structural renovation works. The property is uninhabitable and I expect to be away for around 12 months. I’d like to better understand my options, perhaps either a temporary home move for my Sky Stream service or any alternative arrangements available while the work is completed? Thanks

Take the puck to your new temporary address. All it needs is sufficient broadband speed in order to function.

As long as your temporary address does not already have a Sky account of any kind registered to it there should be no trouble. Just let Sky know what the address is, then change it back once your renovations are complete.
