Live TV missing

Just tried to watch live TV on puck. Found the TV guide missing and puck doesn't recognise live channels like bbc1 or itv1. Can watch via player or itvx. Why? What's happened? Is it a fault or haven't sky paid their bills?

@Martynr60 Have you tried restarting the stream puck?

As mentioned above, try a settings restart.

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

If you are not aware, there are different ways to get to the settings menu;
Hit the . . . button on your remote and select settings, use voice saying 'settings' or scroll down to the settings menu on the home menu.
