Do a restart of the puck to make sure it locks the ethernet connection. They have an annoying habit of trying to use WiFi even when the ethernet cable is attached.

Run a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app. This will tell you the speed the puck is actually receiving. A minimum of 25Mbps is required.

I understand that youve tried rebooting it and taht youve got full fibre but what is the WIFI coverage like ? it may be worth going on the Netflix app and permoring a speed test.

Absolutely try the Netflix app speed test first. It doesn't matter what speed the router is receiving if the puck isn't getting an adequate stable connection.

Is your box on Q38 software? Check in the settings. If it is there is a bug that causes this and no matter what you do it might not fix it.
