      <description>What's wrong with my puck, the sound keeps dropping out on multiple channels and streaming services, it also freezes quite alot and usually have to disconnect the power source to reset it, done the usual online checks and no help, also can't find a phone number to call anyone, really starting to wonder why I have stayed loyal to sky for 25 years</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah the broadband should be more than sufficient,&amp;nbsp; it's sky fiber 900, currently running 590 download and 110 upload, been using the current setup since last year with no issues until the last month or so, it's definitely an issue with the puck as I'm using a Samsung smart TV, linked to the WiFi network and streaming on that just now with no sound issues but when the sky puck is on the problems persist&lt;/P&gt;</description>
