      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have two Sky Stream boxes. Often the second box doesn't remember programme progress from the first and apps are logged out and passwords have to be re-entered. Using the microphone option with the remote also has to be re-set-up almost every time I use it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried doing a settings restart of your Sky Stream puck.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have found it helps to do this about once a week on a puck, to clear any local cache or niggles.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;Systems Management&amp;gt;Resets &amp;amp; Updates&lt;BR /&gt;Select Restart device&lt;BR /&gt;Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Different ways to get to the settings menu;&lt;BR /&gt;Hit the . . . button on your remote and select settings, use voice saying 'settings' or scroll down to the settings menu on the home menu.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
