    <description>&lt;P&gt;Mine was like that last weekend. Just an endless cycle no matter what you do. Although I'd followed all the instructions on that help page the qr code points to nothing changed. I eventually rang and had a lovely cs rep who ran diagnostics etc and arranged for my puck to be swapped out. It arrived the next morning.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>The puck tells me to press 7 and 9 together to reset but does nothing, then comes up with a qr code which I scan and follow instructions but have a red and orange flashing light which then turns red</description>

&lt;P&gt;It's often a case we found on here that what you are experiencing is the puck getting stuck in a form of standby state.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try doing the recovery procedure exactly as described on step 4 in this Sky help article;&lt;/P&gt;
