      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since joining Sky a few day ago. I have had nothing but problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have paid £34 to watch the tennis French open and I keep on having to reboot devices all the time! Also connection drops.&lt;BR /&gt;It is very frustrating to have frozen image, dark screen...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Your kind of problem is usually due to some kind of local network or interference issues.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you do a network speed test on your Puck..&lt;BR /&gt;Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.&lt;BR /&gt;Choose Check Network.&lt;BR /&gt;Would suggest running the test several &amp;nbsp;times, say over a half hour periods between tests.&lt;BR /&gt;What is your speed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
