Hi,

I have been weighing up the idea of getting into a sky stream contract but a major breaking point will be stream delay / latency. I saw a while ago that sky were testing low latency sky sports channels which weren't far of satellite but saw nothing about TNT sports and that's if those low latency channels still exist? Is anyone able to advise what the delay is like these days for both sky sports and TNT?

Coming from having Q in the past I begrudge paying into a contract where I'm gonna get a notification before I see a goal for £60 a month. I'm also confused as to how TNT now works with Sky Stream? Is it still accessed via the tv guide interface or are you forced to use the HBO Max app? If that is the case I mayaswell share a HBO Subscription and a NOW TV Boost account with a friend.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

TNT do not.

Without a side by side comparison with Sky Q there isn't a way to see how big a delay exists between them if any.

If TNT Sport low latency is that important to you, then Sky Q is the best you'll get. Second to that is EETV who use multicast to stream their channels. Other than that then no Stream isn't for you.
