@SEH6971 Why does the AV engineer think you need a new Sky Stream Puck? Is it faulty? if not Sky won't just replace it without a good cause, what an AV engineer says isn't good cause.

Sorry - it was to do with repeated connection issues and all the other pucks in the house work ok.
