Cannot augb agreement. Error on page

I have been requested to sign agreement for my sky glass as they are coming out tomorrow 7th Jan. I have been trying to do this but there is an error on the page so i cannot do it.

Please ensure my appointment remains for 8th and also please advise how I can resolve signing agreement. Can I do this when they come tomorrow with hardcopy?

@CarolB this is the Sky Community forum, which is a community of other Sky customers, not Sky Employees. All we can do is offer generic advice and suggestions based on our experience.

What error do you get when you are trying to access the credit agreement? Have you tried from a different devices and/or different web browsers?
