    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, sorry yes may have jumped on the wrong thread.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using a Sky puck on our smart TV. Was all working well when set up about a month ago, and now our 'normal tv' has disappeared and we have apps available&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Same here! Were new to sky so still learning to navigate it, but the 'all channels' tv guide has disappeared from our home menu... can only watch normal channels by logging in to each app.. can anyone help advise please</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You have not mentioned what you have tried.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Would suggest if you have not done so already, trying a restart of your Sky Stream box&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;Systems Management&amp;gt;Resets &amp;amp; Updates&lt;BR /&gt;Select Restart device&lt;BR /&gt;Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Different ways to get to the settings menu;&lt;BR /&gt;Hit the . . . button on your remote and select settings, use voice saying 'settings' or scroll down to the settings menu on the home menu.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, would also recommend a restart or your broadband router/hub.&lt;/P&gt;
