I have sky pucks and the apps are really slow and sometimes don't run. We can't record and I am actually not really seeing a good value for money from it.

The pucks aren't the fastest piece of kit but apps should load reasonably quickly, if they are not loading then you need to check your internet and WiFi as a stable network is essential.

Pucks & Glass do not record it's a streaming service if you want recording you need Q but it's days are numbered or something like a manhattan but the days of streaming are here to stay, for now!
